After a few hours of back and forth, we finally (later that evening) got a gentleman by the name of “Raymond” to come up and help with some of the outstanding issues. Upon arrival at our room, everything went downhill from there in which we attempted to speak with the front desk (after numerous attempts in trying to get a hold of them) to address. A bellhop was NOWHERE to be found for over 45 minutes to check our bags! At 2:31pm, we received a message that our room was ready. As a start, our flight arrived in Las Vegas at 9am and we arrived at the hotel around 9:45am. Upon arrival there were multiple issues that transpired as soon as we walked into the door. We stayed in your Spa suite which was supposed to be the best room offered. Both my husband and I checked in for our anniversary last Saturday, February 27 and stayed one evening until February 28. I just want to start off by saying I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience at any hotel in Las Vegas in my life. Doubtful I'm going to hear anything back after our experience.but who knows.
